To guarantee absolute precision and scalable production, KingKa’s state-of-the-art facility is equipped with over 50 advanced CNC machines, seamlessly supporting both rapid prototypes and high-volume mass production. Our expansive machining floor features high-speed 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers from top-tier brands like Brother, Yotaseiki, and Taikan, capable of holding ultra-tight milling tolerances down to ±0.005mm. Beyond standard precision CNC milling and turning, we operate dedicated thermal production lines integrating specialized Skiving Fin machines, Heat Pipe Pressing equipment, and advanced Friction Stir Welding (FSW) and Soldering systems engineered specifically for liquid cold plate manufacturing. Every manufacturing phase is backed by our in-house testing lab, featuring HEXAGON Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), automated leak detectors, and flow resistance testing to ensure zero defects.

Capacity, engineering depth and international reach have expanded together since 2010.
2010 · Foundation
KingKa was founded as a small, focused precision workshop — three people, two CNC machines and a 200 m² space. From day one the team concentrated on high-precision machining for thermal components, building the craftsmanship and process discipline that still anchor the business today.
2015 · Quality System
With ISO 9001 certification in place, KingKa formalized its quality management and began serving customers beyond China. The new overseas business marked the company's first sustained step into international markets and set the standard for traceable, repeatable production.
2017 · Scale-up
Rapid demand — much of it from abroad — pushed KingKa into a 3,200 m² workshop, and overseas business grew to 65% of the company. This move turned a precision workshop into a volume manufacturer capable of handling both prototypes and scaled production runs.
2024 · R&D Center
The Dongguan Nancheng R&D center was established to bring engineering, thermal simulation and product development in-house. It lets KingKa work with customers from the earliest thermal concept through design validation, shortening lead times and strengthening custom solutions.
2026 · Factory Upgrade
KingKa relocated to an expanded facility and added two new production lines, increasing both capacity and manufacturing flexibility. The upgrade supports a broader mix of air- and liquid-cooling products as global application demand keeps growing.

Today KingKa is a diversified thermal-manufacturing platform serving demanding global applications — from heat sinks and liquid cold plates to GPU water blocks and CNC machined parts — guiding customers from thermal concept through reliable, high-volume production.

We are fully certified with ISO 9001:2015 for comprehensive quality management. To demonstrate our capability in meeting the most rigorous, zero-defect manufacturing standards, we also hold the highly stringent IATF 16949:2016 certification. This ensures that every component we produce, regardless of the application, adheres to the highest levels of precision and process control. Furthermore, our commitment to ethical management and workplace safety has earned us the Workplace Conditions Assessment (WCA) Achievement Award from Intertek. Driven by continuous improvement, we are actively preparing to launch the ISO 13485 Quality Management System certification by next year, further elevating our quality assurance framework to accommodate the most demanding compliance requirements worldwide.
