Our expansive machining floor features high-speed 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers from top-tier brands like Brother, Yotaseiki, and Taikan, capable of holding ultra-tight milling tolerances down to ±0.005mm. Beyond standard precision CNC milling and turning, we operate dedicated thermal production lines integrating specialized Skiving Fin machines, Heat Pipe Pressing equipment, and advanced Friction Stir Welding (FSW) and Soldering systems engineered specifically for liquid cold plate manufacturing. Every manufacturing phase is backed by our in-house testing lab, featuring HEXAGON Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), automated leak detectors, and flow resistance testing to ensure zero defects.
