Liquid Cold Plate Heat Sink
The liquid cold plate heat sink takes away a large amount of heat through the friction of the liquid flow and the internal surface of the radiator to dissipate heat. Compared with general air-cooled heat sinks, liquid cold plate heat sinks have the advantages of quietness, stable cooling, and less dependence on the environment.
High-power dissipative electronic devices often use forced liquid cooling cold plate devices to control the hot spot temperature. The water-cooled plate is made of copper or aluminum with high thermal conductivity. The water circulation system is embedded in the cold plate, and the electronic components are directly fixed on the cold plate. Use the water flowing in the circulation system to dissipate the heat emitted by the electronic components.
