When the heat is transferred to the top of the electronic radiator, it needs to be dissipated to the surrounding environment as soon as possible. For the air-cooled electronic radiator, the electronic radiator needs to exchange heat with the surrounding air. At this time, the heat is transferred between two different media, and the formula followed by the electronic heat sink is Q=α X A X ΔT.


When the heat is transferred to the air, the temperature of the air in contact with the heat sink will rise rapidly. At this time, the hot air should try to take away the heat with the surrounding cold air through heat exchange methods such as convection. For air-cooled heat sinks , The most important method is to increase the speed of air flow and use a fan to achieve forced convection.


Generally, the natural heat dissipation method is used for electronic heat sinks, and the use environment should be well ventilated, free of dust and floating objects.
