Solid Block Preparation & IQC

We begin with premium, high-purity metal blocks—typically Aluminum 1100/6063 or High-Purity Copper. Our strict IQC team ensures the raw material has perfect metallurgical consistency, which is vital for smooth skiving without tearing.

High-Precision Skiving

Utilizing our dedicated fleet of 12 advanced "Shen Qi" Skiving Fin Machines, a precision blade slices into the solid metal block, gently lifting and bending the material vertically to form perfectly parallel fins. We maintain strict pitch and thickness tolerances down to $\pm$0.05 mm.

Base CNC Machining

After the fins are formed, the heat sink moves to our CNC department. Using our 50+ high-speed 3, 4, and 5-axis machining centers, we mill precision mounting holes, steps, and threads directly into the base with tight $\pm$0.005 mm tolerances.

Surface Fly-Cutting

To guarantee flawless contact with your heat source, the bottom mounting surface undergoes CNC fly-cutting and grinding, eliminating any base deformation caused during the skiving process.

Surface Treatments (Anti-Oxidation)

Especially for copper skived heatsinks, we apply specialized anti-oxidation passivation, while aluminum models may undergo clear or color anodizing for enhanced durability and thermal radiation.

Dimensional & FQC Verification
